For the filling

Beat the butter with confectioners' sugar, then add eggs and continue beating
Add rich chocolate and mix well
Pour into a 24cm diameter cake pan, greased with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until firm
Remove from the oven and let cool
Prepare the crust: Mix flour with cold unsalted butter to form crumbs
Make an indentation in the center and add 5 tablespoons of water
Mix to form a dough
Flood the bottom and sides of a cake pan, greased with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool
Remove filling chocolate and place on top of cooled cake crust
Cover melted dark chocolate in a water bath and serve
