1 cup (or chalice) of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (or chalice) of milk

1 In a blender, whisk together the milk, eggs, butter, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and flour
Add baking powder and mix well
Pour into a 22cm-diameter round cake pan with a central hole, greased and floured
2 Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry
Let cool and then turn out the cake
Topping
In a saucepan, combine the melted chocolate, milk, butter, and sweetened condensed milk
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened
Let it cool slightly and spread the topping evenly over the entire cake.
