Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Beat all ingredients except for nuts in a processor

Butter the muffin tin cups
Add nuts to the mixture and portion it into the cups
Bake for 30 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Let cool and serve.
