3 and 3/2 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 and 1/4 cups of butter
1 cup of chopped nuts
1/4 cup of strong brewed coffee
250g of dark chocolate
7 eggs
1 pinch of salt

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth
In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and salt, whisking until smooth
Add the melted chocolate, coffee, and mix well
Sift the wheat flour over this mixture and fold until incorporated into the batter
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Sprinkle half of the chopped nuts onto the prepared baking sheet
Pour in the batter and top with the remaining nuts
Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges are slightly puffed and the surface is crispy.
