Beat the egg white until frothy and combine with the remaining ingredients
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan
Spread the mixture onto a greased surface
Let it cool
Remove the spoonfuls (of dough) and shape into balls
Shape each one and place in a baking dish
Place a half walnut on top of each one
Allow to dry completely
Place in paper molds.
