Sift the flour, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa into a bowl
Add the oil, vanilla extract, and vinegar, and mix well
Preheat the oven to high temperature
Grease the baking sheet with butter and pour in the batter
Bake at medium temperature for about 40 minutes
Frosting
Combine all ingredients, except for the butter, in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until thickened
Let it simmer for 1 minute
Add the butter and stir
Remove from heat and mix until a thick glaze forms
Spread on top of cake
Once cooled, cut and serve.
