1 cup of chopped black plums

8 tablespoons of confectioners' sugar
250g of margarine
1/2 cup of cold water
1 cup of chopped black plums
1 cup of milk

1 In a blender, blend the plums, milk, eggs, oil, and sugar until smooth
Add the flour gradually, baking powder, and mix delicately
Pour into a 24cm-diameter greased and floured mold
2 Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool, unmold, and cut in half
Cream Filling and Topping
1 In a saucepan, combine the plums, water, and cook until very soft and pulpy
Let cool
2 In an electric mixer, beat the sugar and margarine together
Gradually add the cold water and continue beating until smooth
Remove 1/3 of the cream and mix with the plums
Fill the cake and top with the remaining cream.
