2 cups of pitted black cherries in syrup (or other fruit of your preference)
1/2 kg of pre-cooked egg threads
whole cherries for decoration

In a cake mold, layer 1 portion of ice cream and another of chopped cherries
Repeat the layers, with the last one being ice cream
Chill in the freezer
Remove from the freezer and unmold slightly before serving
Decorate with egg threads and whole cherries
