In a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until they form a creamy mixture

Combine the flour and yeast into the butter mixture to obtain a homogeneous dough

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature and grease a large baking dish with butter

Roll them
in granulated sugar, place them in the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown
