Beat the yolks with the flour and butter
Add the whites in snow and fold them gently into the mixture
Add the wheat flour, cornstarch, beer, and finally the yeast
Just beat to incorporate and pour into a greased and floured mold
Bake in a medium oven until golden brown
Serve dusted with confectioner's sugar.
