Dough
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 cup of cornstarch
1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of lemon juice
3 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks
Frosting
1 cup of confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of hot water
Lemon zest, to taste
Dough

2 tablespoons of hot water
Lemon zest, to taste
Dough: Beat the butter and all-purpose flour together with the eggs
Add the cornstarch, wheat flour, yeast, orange and lemon juices
Mix until just combined
Beat in the egg whites and pour the dough into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake in a medium oven
Frosting: Mix the confectioner's sugar and lemon juice together until smooth
Add the hot water to achieve the desired consistency
Spread over the warm cake and sprinkle with lemon zest
Let cool and cut into squares.
