1/2 cup (100g) of butter
1 1/2 cups (270g) of all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup (120g) of wheat flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts

Preheat the oven to 350°F (moderate)
In a large bowl, melt the chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth
Remove from heat
Use an electric mixer to combine the sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and vanilla extract, adding the dry ingredients gradually
Add the milk and mix until smooth
Add the nuts
Drop 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, leaving about 5cm between each cookie
Bake for 12 minutes or until the bottom is lightly golden brown
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes
Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely
