5 green beans, peeled and cut into pieces

800g frozen puff pastry (2 packages)

Place the green beans in a medium-sized pot with 1/4 cup water and Parmesan cheese
Cover the pot and simmer over moderate heat until the beans are tender
Detrain the pot, then cook for another minute, mashing the beans with a wooden spoon to remove excess liquid and create a creamy consistency
Remove from heat, add ground coriander, salt, paprika sauce, and white wine vinegar
Mix well and let cool
Open each puff pastry sheet into a rectangle measuring 24x32cm
Cut the pastry into circles using a cookie cutter with a diameter of 4cm
Place the cut pastry in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (hot) for 10 minutes
Lower the temperature to 180°C (moderate) and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the pastry rises and browns
Remove from oven, let cool, then cut each round of pastry in half
Fill with green bean filling
