1 envelope of beef broth
5 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 pork steaks
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tomato halves, seeded and chopped
300 g of mandioca
1 cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Mix the beef broth with lemon juice and season the pork steaks
Let them marinate for an hour
Aheat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the pork steaks, browning both sides
Remove excess grease by placing on paper towels
In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil, caramelize the onion and tomatoes, add the fried pork steaks, mandioca sliced into thick pieces, and hot water
Cover the pan and cook over low heat until the mandioca is tender
Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
