Cook the cod and sweet potatoes in water
Next, process both the cod and sweet potatoes through a meat grinder
Place the dough in a bowl and add the chopped parsley, small onion, minced garlic, and beaten eggs
Mix everything well, seasoning with salt and black pepper
Shape into two-spoonful portions and fry them in hot oil
Serve with salsa and lemon or any other type of green salad.
