1/4 cup of cucumber sliced into thin strips
1/2 cup of fine chopped green onions
two small green onions
one cup of cooked or canned shrimp
one tablespoon of lemon juice
one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
one tablespoon of ketchup
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
a pinch of salt
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
whole parsley leaves
4 hard-boiled eggs

Combine the parsley, cucumber, green onions, and shrimp
Refrigerate
Mix together the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mayonnaise
Add to the mixture when chilled
Season with salt and pepper
Stir everything well with a fork
Serve over fresh parsley leaves with the hard-boiled eggs cut into four pieces
