Slice the onions and cucumber into wedges
Cut the tomatoes into quarters
Mash the ricotta into large pieces
In a salad bowl, combine the onion, cucumber, tomato, olives, and ricotta
Season with salt, oil, vinegar, and oregano to taste
If desired, add 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt for extra flavor
