2 cups (chopped) of chuchu

Step 1: Wash, peel, and chop the chuchu
Step 2: Cook the chuchu in a little water until it's tender
Step 3: Drain and mash the cooked chuchu
Add vegetable broth, wheat flour, onion, garlic, and salt to taste
Step 4: Mix all the ingredients together and let it cool
Step 5: Shape the mixture into small balls
Dip each ball in croissant crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
