Wash the olives and pat dry with paper towels
Remove the leaves from the celery stalks and chop into small pieces; you should have about 1 cup
Cook the sliced onions in a little boiling water seasoned with salt for about 5 minutes; drain
Combine the tuna, lemon juice, and mayonnaise in a small bowl
Mix the lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in another bowl
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices
Split each roll in half lengthwise but do not separate the halves
Open the rolls well
Brush the cut surfaces with the lemon-juice mixture
Divide the remaining ingredients into 6 portions and place in each roll layers of olives, tuna, tomato, canned tuna, salami sliced thinly
Close the sandwich
