3.5 lbs of oysters
2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
salt and black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
lime zest
oil for frying
tartar sauce (see recipe below)

Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper
On one side, mix together the all-purpose flour and breadcrumbs
Coat the oysters in the flour mixture, then in the egg wash, and finally in the flour again
Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown on one side
Flip carefully to cook the other side
Drain on paper towels and serve with lime zest and tartar sauce.
