In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the milk, add the olive oil and mix well
Add the flour and mix until a homogeneous dough forms
On a floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic
Let it rise in a greased bowl, covered with plastic wrap, for 1 hour or until doubled in volume
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll out into a rectangle of 30 x 40 cm
In a bowl, combine the cheese, ham, and oregano
Spread over the dough and season with salt
Wrap laterally and cut into slices
In a baking dish greased with olive oil, arrange the slices and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Serve the pizza hot.
