Ingredients: 4 cups of water; 16 sausages (1 sausage = 60 g); 6 tablespoons of butter or margarine; 16 small buns for hot dogs; 4 tablespoons of mustard; 8 slices of melted cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)

Place the sausages in a pot with cold water

Bring to a boil, then drain the sausages

Melt the butter or margarine

Cut the small buns in half without separating the halves

Brush the cut side with melted butter

Spread a little mustard on top

Place a slice of cheese on each bun

Add a sausage on top, close the bun and bake until the cheese is slightly melted, then serve.
