16 sausages (1 sausage = 60 g)
6 tablespoons of butter or margarine
16 small buns for hot dogs
4 tablespoons of mustard
8 slices of melted cheese

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Place the sausages in a pot with cold water
Bring to a boil, then drain the sausages
Melt the butter or margarine
Cut the small buns in half without separating the halves
Brush the cut side with melted butter
Spread a little mustard on top
Place a slice of cheese on each bun
Add a sausage on top, close the bun and bake until the cheese is slightly melted, then serve.
