6 fish fillets of your preference
milk
wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt
a pinch of black pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of ready-made mayonnaise (or homemade)
2/3 cup of pitted green olives, chopped
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest
6 fish fillets of your preference
milk

Dip the fish fillets in milk and lightly dust with wheat flour
Season with salt and pepper
Fry in butter until golden brown on both sides and place in a warm dish
Mix the mayonnaise with olives, lemon juice, zest, and water
Gradually add water and pour over the fish fillets
Serve 6 portions.
