8 pork steaks (approximately 650 g)
1 tablespoon of salt
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of pepper sauce
1/4 cup of soy sauce (60 ml)
1/4 cup of vinegar (60 ml)
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
2 tablespoons of honey
1/3 cup of water (80 ml)
1 medium-sized mango (350 g), peeled, cut into 1 cm cubes

Preheat a refractory dish with a diameter of 25 cm
Season the pork steaks with salt
Combine all remaining ingredients, except for the mango, and mix well
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap leaving a gap and microwave at high power for 10 minutes
Remove, flip the pork steaks, re-cover, and microwave again for an additional 10 minutes
Arrange the mango on top of the pork steaks and return to the microwave for 1 minute
Serve immediately
