Mix well
Add melted butter, cassava flour, seasoned wheat flour, and salt
Mix everything with your fingertips without overmixing
Use a rolling pin to shape the dough into 1 1/2 cm thick layers
Cut out small cookie rounds with a small cup
Place in a moderate oven on an oiled and floured baking sheet
