5 cups of all-purpose flour

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, butter, granulated sugar, and eggs
Work the dough until it becomes smooth and even
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 8mm
Cut out circles with a 7cm diameter cookie cutter
Place them in a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes or until golden
Let cool
Distribute the sweetened condensed milk on half of the cookies and cover with the remaining ones
Smooth out the edges with a knife, removing any excess, and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
