1/3 cup of coconut milk or regular milk
2 cups of sweet corn

Bite the butter or margarine with the sugar and egg until light
Add the coconut milk, mix well, and combine with the sweet corn
Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass
Place spoonfuls of the mixture into an oiled mold (use a table spoon, but only scoop 1/2 tablespoon each time)
With a fork, flatten each fritter
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) until golden.
