Grease the cupcake liners with butter and dust with confectioners' sugar
Set aside

Peel and remove seeds from the apple
Cut into cubes and mix with the raisins

Beat the remaining ingredients in a mixer until smooth
Distribute among the cupcake liners and wrap each one twice with aluminum foil

Place enough boiling water in a pressure cooker to reach halfway up the cupcake liners
With the help of a skimmer, place the cupcake liners, cover the pan, and cook for 10 minutes after it starts to clear
Turn off the heat and let it sit in the pan until the pressure subsides
