250 g (1 1/2 cups) of butter or margarine

250 g (2 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour

Beat the butter until it's creamy
Add the sugar and continue beating
Add the eggs and egg yolks, then beat well
Finally, add the sifted flour and mix very well
Bake in a 9x13 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper and brushed with butter, at 350°F for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Mix the sugar with lemon juice
Let the cake cool
Cover with glaze and cut into squares.
