Make the caramel: bring the sugar and water to a boil over medium heat until it forms a caramel
Butter a hole in the middle of the mold with the hot caramel and reserve
Pastry dough: divide the ingredients into two equal parts and place them in a blender
Blend well
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and repeat the process with the remaining ingredients
Be careful not to overwork your appliances
Mix the two halves until it's smooth and pour it into the mold with the caramel
Bake in a moderate oven with steam
Unmold when cooled.
