Whisk together the eggs, oil, flour, and butter
Separate, whisk together the wheat flour and yeast, then add this mixture to the first blend, whisking again
Divide the dough into three parts, spread them on a smooth surface, and roll each part into a sausage shape
Open each piece of dough in half, fill with grapefruit curd, and close
Dust with cinnamon and sugar and bake
Cut the tarts while the dough is still warm.
