Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°F)
Grease and flour a 25x12 cm or a hole-in-the-middle cake pan of 23 cm in diameter
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Beat for 1/2 minute at low speed, scraping the sides of the bowl
Beat for 3 minutes at high speed, scraping the sides occasionally
Pour into the prepared pan
Bake for about 50 minutes or until clean when tested with a toothpick.
