Beat the egg whites until fluffy
Add the egg yolks and sugar, without stopping to beat
Add hot milk and beat
Remove from the mixer and add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder
Mix well
Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
Topping
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add evaporated milk without serum and mix well
Mousse
Melt the chocolate and evaporated milk in a double boiler
Hydrate the gelatin and warm it in a double boiler
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and add sugar
Boil strawberries and water, then strain and reserve
Mix chocolate, gelatin, egg whites, and strawberries
Cut a thin slice of the cake and, with a spoon, remove portions of the dough and leave 2 centimeters of border
Fill with mousse and strawberries
Let it chill for 20 minutes
Top with topping and decorate with strawberries.
