Soak the candied fruits and raisins in a little rum
Peel the peaches, cut them into slices, and let them soak in plenty of milk to soften
In a large bowl, beat well the butter and sugar, along with the egg yolks
Add the well-mashed peaches to remove all the milk
Mix well
Add the candied fruits, raisins, sliced almonds, and broken chocolate pieces
Mix well
Finally, add the beaten egg whites
Grease a refractory mold with butter
Pour in the peach mixture
