1 packet of active dry yeast (15g)

1/2 cup of warm milk
100ml of coconut milk

2 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
12 pieces of your preferred chocolate chips

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in sugar
Add the milk, coconut milk, egg, and gradually add the flour
Work the dough until it's smooth to the touch
Cover and let it rest until it has doubled in volume
Make 12 balls and fill each one with a chocolate chip
Arrange them on an ungreased tube pan or Bundt pan
Let it rest for another 20 minutes
Brush the beaten egg white mixed with milk and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 45 minutes.
