Preheat the oven to 350°F (moderate)
Mix in a bowl the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and eggs
Grease with butter a 9-inch round cake pan, spread 1 1/2 cups of the prepared mixture, and bake for 5 minutes
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with coconut
Mix the remaining cream with unsweetened cocoa powder and pour over the coconut
Place back in the oven and bake until firm, about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Be careful not to overbake
