Remove the pits from the black plums
Lave and process in a food processor or blender
Mix in the apricots and orange juice
Simmer over low heat, stirring until it detaches from the sides of the pan
Add the shredded coconut and remove from heat
Mix well
Add the butter and beat well Pour into a greased bowl and let cool
When cool, form small balls, roll in crystallized sugar, and place in paper muffin cups
Make approximately 43 balls.
