In a medium bowl, mash the goat cheese well with a fork together with the creamy cheese
Add the Parmesan and mix well
Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
In three small bowls, place the cumin, sesame seeds, and parsley mixed with thyme separately
With one tablespoon, remove portions from the cheese mixture and shape forty balls with the familiar hands
Pass ten balls, one at a time, through the parsley mixture and reserve on a plate
Pass another ten in cumin and the remaining ten in sesame seeds
Dust the remaining balls with curry powder
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
