In a large saucepan, combine the egg and condensed milk
Add the milk, cocoa powder, and butter, stirring well and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until thickened and pulling away from the sides of the pan
Quickly, add the biscotti crumbs and transfer to a buttered refrigerator dish
Let cool, shape into balls with 1 tablespoon of the mixture and place in molds
Yields 60 units.
