1 cup grated coconut
400 g burnt sugar
1 1/2 cups boiling water

Melt the burnt sugar in a pan over low heat, stirring occasionally
Add the boiling water, stir well, and cook until it forms a smooth caramel
Add the coconut and stir constantly until it's fully dissolved from the bottom of the pan
Finally, serve with a dash of Cointreau
