1 Preheat the oven to high temperature
2 In a mixer, cream together the cinnamon, baking powder, milk, eggs, confectioners' sugar, rolled oats, flour, and butter until smooth
3 Pour the mixture into a round cake pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
