Melt the chocolate and butter together in a water bath, stirring until smooth. Reserve
Set aside
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and salt
Add the reserved chocolate, coffee, and mix well
Add the flour, chopped nuts, and mix until all ingredients are incorporated into a dough
Preheat oven to 180°C
Line a baking sheet with lightly greased parchment paper, pour in the dough, and bake for 40 minutes or until the edges are set and the surface is crispy
Glaze
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and heat until warm
Serve hot with the brownie.
