4 tablespoons of sweet manioc
4 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon of lemon extract
1/2 cup and 2 additional tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of sweet manioc
4 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon of lemon extract
1/2 cup and 2 additional tablespoons of sugar
Dissolve the sweet manioc in 1/2 cup of milk
Heat the remaining milk well and add it to the sweet manioc mixture, cooking for about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool, stirring occasionally, so that a skin does not form
Add the vanilla extract and lemon extract and sugar gradually, stirring always
Place in a pudding mold and refrigerate until firm
Serve with whipped cream
Variation: if you prefer, use this recipe to make ice cream
And simply add 1 cup of heavy cream to the above recipe and freeze, stirring once during freezing.
