Sift together the flour, sugar, and salt
Combine the milk, eggs, heavy cream, and melted chocolate
Add the vanilla
Beat until well combined
Gradually add the sifted flour mixture
Beat until smooth
Cover the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes
Fry the crepes in a greased skillet, using two tablespoons of batter per crepe
Keep the crepes warm
Serve with whipped cream tempered with coffee or with rose petal jelly.
