Preheat the oven to a strong heat (400°F)
Sift together wheat flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl
Make a depression in the center
On the side, mix egg with olive oil and milk, then add this mixture to the dry ingredients
Mix well to moisten the dry ingredients, which should be slightly sticky
Put the dough into muffin tin cups, greased, filling only 2/3 of each cup
Place one orange segment in each cup and cover with 1 tablespoon of sugar
