1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of melted butter
3 egg whites

20 round molds or oval shapes measuring 6 cm in diameter or 8 cm in length

Mix the almond meal, sugars, and flour
Add the egg whites one at a time
Mix well and finally add the melted butter still warm
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Grease the molds with butter and fill them with the mixture
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
