Beat the sugar with the eggs until it turns white
Add the orange rinds
Add the orange juice, milk, flour and mix delicately until a smooth dough forms
Add half of the egg whites and mix vigorously, then add the remaining egg whites and mix delicately
Pour into a 22 cm diameter, ungreased and floured cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for one hour or until it starts to come loose from the sides
Let cool and demold
Glaze with jelly and decorate with orange peel.
