1 1/2 cups of sweet rice, chilled
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
Cinnamon to dust as needed

Place the sweet rice in a bowl
Add the all-purpose flour, whisking slowly with a wooden spoon
Moisten your hands with margarine or oil and shape the rice mixture into balls
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a medium oven until firm
Remove from the oven and dust immediately with cinnamon
Serve warm or cold.
