1/2 kg of cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion, finely chopped
To taste salt
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
2 tablespoons of milk
1/4 cup of confectioner's sugar
4 tablespoons of oil for frying

Combine all the ingredients, except for the confectioner's sugar and oil
Form into balls, using about 2 tablespoons per ball
Dip in confectioner's sugar and fry in oil at a low heat until golden brown on all sides
Drain and serve warm
