2 cups of oil (480ml - for frying)

Cut the cheese into sticks 2cm x 4cm
In a shallow dish, mix well the all-purpose flour with the crushed red pepper
In a medium bowl, place the beaten eggs and in another, the cake flour
Dip the cheese sticks into the egg, then into the flour, again into the egg and finally into the cake flour, pressing gently to adhere to the cheese
Place the coated cheese sticks on a baking sheet or refrigerator tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil
Fry the coated cheese sticks in hot oil until golden brown
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately
